What You'll Do:

Develop in-depth specialized product and technical knowledge in one or more areas
of the Criteo platform, acting as the Client`s and Criteo team’s primary source of
product knowledge for your areas of specialization
  • Work closely with the other client solutions teams and the clients themselves to understand client business needs and identify opportunities in our current offer
  • Serve as a technical mentor and trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, sharing expertise through workshops, training, and documentation.
  • Define, own and execute strategic initiatives to enhance client impact an adoption of Criteo solutions, identifying opportunities beyond the current offering.
  • Lead the implementation and rollout of new solutions and features, ensurin scalability and long-term client/business value.
  • Provide high-level technical consultancy and advice on specific topics to improve the performance and adoption of our solutions, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
  • Involvement in the scale of new products or solutions added to Criteo’s portfolio by working closely with our clients, account managers, product, technical support and development teams
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, understanding the evolving AdTech and AI ecosystem to proactively guide internal teams and clients toward innovative and future-proof solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a client-centric approach that aligns technical expertise with business impact
  • Lead the creation and refinement of internal tools, automated solutions, an prototypes that enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and elevating team performance
  • Provide senior-level guidance on troubleshooting complex issues, connecting with R&D and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
  • Act as a subject matter expert and key reference for technical decisions, contributing to project structure, architecture, and overall solution quality
  • Support the redefinition of daily processes to make the team more efficient and become better partners to our business and internal teams
  • Gather, analyse and document needs and requirements from stakeholders t define clear and actionable functional and technical specifications
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating comprehensive documentation that can be referenced by internal teams for onboarding, troubleshooting, and further development

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of Experience
  • Bachelor/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fields
  • Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree and certainly have a burning passion for tech, media, marketing, advertising, and internet trends
  • Deep knowledge of web technology with proficiency in JavaScript and HTML, as well as one or more coding languages (e.g. Python, NodeJS) and understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Solid SQL skills with practical experience running queries to support analysis troubleshooting, debugging, validation, and root-cause investigations.
  • Fully fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal an communication skills across all levels of interlocutors, including the ability to devise and conduct training on technical topics for a variety of audience
  • Someone who can recognize and structure requirements, understand every angle of an issue and provide a clear and definitive solution
  • Confident in client-facing interactions, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and build trust with stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects, prioritize, estimate, and deliver according to the plan
  • Works well in a close-knit team, instinctively shares product insights, documents new information, is comfortable in sharing best practices, and is open to train or mentor other team members
  • Proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and confidence in taking initiatives
  • Proven experience in taking full ownership of complex projects, delivering end-to-end solutions independently, and mentoring junior engineers
  • Experience leading workshops, internal trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • You are comfortable designing scalable and maintainable technical solutions, making informed architectural trade-offs, and validating implementation choices against performance and reliability requirements

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$105,00 - $120,000
