What You'll Do:
- Develop UI platforms and integrations with a strong focus on usability, reliability, and performance
- Implement business requirements using Angular and Python/Django
- Contribute to roadmap planning, own large features end-to-end, and collaborate closely with your team, project managers, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability
- Participate in the deployment and monitoring of the UI platforms owned by the team
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture by mentoring engineers and fostering knowledge sharing, openness, and engineering best practices
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience developing and evolving large, complex UI platforms
- Strong expertise in either Angular or Python/Django, with practical experience in both
- Passionate about making the best architectural and design decisions
- Confidently use AI tools to automate routine tasks and deliver better results faster
- Value reusability and enjoy turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
- Write clean, readable, and efficient code
- Have a positive attitude and a pragmatic approach to problem solving, working collaboratively with others
- Curious about new technologies and motivated to explore and lead initiatives around them
- Experienced with Agile methodologies and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring others
