What You'll Do:

Au sein de l'équipe Retail Media Activation, le/la stagiaire accompagnera les Account Strategists dans la gestion opérationnelle et stratégique de campagnes publicitaires menées pour des retailers et des marques partenaires leader dans leurs verticales (Lego, Microsoft, Nespresso, Philips, …)
Ce stage est l’occasion d’évoluer dans un environnement digital dynamique, d’apprendre les fondamentaux du Retail Media et de découvrir les technologies Criteo.

Missions principales :

1. Activation & optimisation des campagnes

  • Participer au lancement, paramétrage et suivi des campagnes Retail Media (Sponsored Products, formats display, etc.).

  • Analyser les performances et identifier des axes d’optimisation pour améliorer les résultats.

  • Préparer des recommandations simples sous supervision d’un Account Strategist.

2. Suivi de la relation client

  • Assister les Account Strategists pendant les rendez-vous clients (bilans, points hebdos, présentations nouvelles solutions).

  • Contribuer à la préparation des présentations : bilans, insights, analyses sectorielles.

  • Aider à la gestion opérationnelle quotidienne : mises à jour des documents, collecte des données, suivi des activations.

3. Coordination interne & gestion de projet

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Sales, Analytics, Product) pour assurer la bonne livraison des campagnes et la satisfaction client.

  • Participer à la création de documents internes (process, guidelines, best practices).

4. Veille & analyses

  • Suivre les innovations Retail Media, les tendances ecommerce et les évolutions produit Criteo.

  • Produire des benchmarks simples ou analyses ad hoc (ex : comportements shoppers, performances catégories).

Progression attendue:

  • Découverte du scope : outils, process, produits, pitch solutions.

  • Réalise les tâches opérationnelles sous supervision constante.

  • Toujours accompagné d’un Account Strategist ou d’un Sales Manager sur les rendez-vous clients et les présentations.

  • Développe l’autonomie sur la gestion des campagnes et la compréhension des KPIs.

  • Peut mener un weekly simple avec un client s’il/elle s’en sent capable et selon l’avis du tuteur.

  • Proactivité attendue sur les optimisations de campagnes.

  • Capacité à gérer sa todo, ses délais, et à prioriser selon les besoins business.

  • Capacité à identifier des signaux de contreperformance et proposer des pistes d’amélioration.

  • Force de proposition sur des alternatives si un compte présente des difficultés.

Who You Are:

  • Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, école de communication, école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire.

  • Une première expérience en digital, retail, ecommerce ou data est un plus.

  • Français courant

  • Anglais professionnel (écrit & oral)

  • Intérêt fort pour la publicité digitale, le ecommerce et les technologies AdTech.

  • Compétences analytiques : aisance avec les chiffres, capacité à interpréter des données (Excel, Data Studio/Looker apprécié).

  • Excellentes capacités de communication orale & écrite.

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle, sens de l’organisation, rigueur.

  • Curieux(se), envie d’apprendre et de monter rapidement en compétences.

  • Esprit d’équipe et bonne coopération transversale.

  • Orientation client et sens du service.

  • Attention aux détails.
