Job ID: r20457
What You'll Do:
Own the functional integrity of one or more SAP BRIM modules within Criteo's Order-to-Cash (O2C) platform.
You bring deep expertise in your domain — whether that's Subscription Order Management (SOM) or Convergent Invoicing (CI) or Convergent Charging (CC) or Convergent Mediation (CM) or FI-CA — and you use it to ensure Criteo's billing and revenue processes are robust, scalable and aligned with SAP standard.
You are a functional authority in your area. You translate business needs into concrete system design, and you ensure clean integration with the rest of the BRIM landscape and downstream financial processes.
Act as the go-to functional expert for your BRIM module(s) within the broader O2C platform.
Own the end-to-end functional design, configuration and evolution of your module in line with Criteo's business needs.
Be hands-on in the system when needed: design, configure, test your module's setup across development, quality and production environments.
Ensure your module integrates cleanly with adjacent BRIM components — no broken handoffs, no billing inconsistencies.
Keep configuration-driven logic at the center; push back on unnecessary ABAP customizations when standard covers the need.
Stay current with SAP best practices and innovations in your domain, and proactively bring improvement ideas to the team.
Depending on your area of expertise, your scope may include one or several module :
FI-CA (Contract Accounting):
Account determination and posting configuration
Payment processing, dunning and collections
Reconciliation between billing and accounting
Period-end closing processes and reporting
Integration with FI/CO and group consolidation
Subscription Order Management (SOM):
Subscription lifecycle modeling (create, change, suspend, renew, cancel)
Product catalog and account hierarchy design
Pricing procedures, condition techniques, discount and eligibility rules
Proration handling and mid-cycle change logic
Contract transcription for non-standard deals
CRM-to-BRIM master data replication and synchronization (e.g. Salesforce)
Convergent Invoicing (CI):
Billable item generation and invoicing cycle configuration
Invoice document design and output management
Revenue recognition alignment and posting logic
Dispute and adjustment handling
Convergent Charging (CC) & Convergent Mediation (CM):
Rating and charging configuration for usage-based models
Mediation flow design and data transformation
Charge plan modeling and threshold logic
Integration between mediation, charging and invoicing layers
Transversal tasks (all profiles):
Analyze business processes and requirements, and design SAP BRIM solutions that meet them
Create solution blueprints, workshop decks and functional documentation for Finance, Sales Admin and Product teams
Provide impact analysis on business model evolutions across BRIM modules
Work collaboratively with other BRIM functional and technical leads, and with the Product Owner, to ensure successful delivery
Support UAT, contract simulations, cutover validation and hypercare stabilization
Troubleshoot and resolve defects in your functional area if necessary
Enable integration with third-party applications (CRM, tax engines, R&D platforms)
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in SAP BRIM, with demonstrated deep expertise in at least one core module (SOM, CI, FI-CA, CC or CM).
Strong understanding of cross-module dependencies and integration points across the BRIM stack.
Structured, standard-first mindset — you default to configuration over custom code.
Strong analytical skills, especially in diagnosing inconsistencies across billing, charging or accounting flows.
Experience supporting business stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Product) in translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
Hands-on configuration experience — you're comfortable working directly in SAP
Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
Experience working in international and distributed teams.
