What You'll Do:
Shape, Own, and Deliver the Product Vision
Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for the personalization platform, grounded in market insights, customer needs, and advancements in data and AI.
Partner closely with product teams across all business lines to maximize product fit and ensure strong adoption and impact.
Lead and develop a team of product managers, continuously raising the bar on product excellence both within your team and across the organization.
Establish a rigorous test-and-learn culture, enabling rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to shape the platform’s architecture, scalability, autonomy, and intelligence.
Build and execute a compelling roadmap aligned with measurable business outcomes and clear KPIs.
Communicate clearly and effectively on roadmap priorities, progress, and business impact to senior stakeholders.
Who You Are:
You have an extensive Product Management experience (10+ years) and a proven ability to drive rapid iteration to achieve product adoption
You have solid experience managing and growing a team (5 years minimum)
You balance ability to directly serve the business with ability to design a platform approach that creates superior leverage
While having a solid technical understanding, you are focus on business value creation and easily convey the benefits to senior stakeholder managers
You are comfortable in ambiguity.
You bring a strong foundation in data, AI and Commerce.
You exhibit strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable product plans.
You have experience developing software products from concept to launch.
You take a pragmatic, outcome-oriented approach to ensure goals are achieved.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
You are fluent in English and have experience in working with international teams across Europe and the US.
