Job ID: r20608
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a structured, proactive, and analytical professional to support the evolution of our global People Operations function.
In this role, you will help strengthen key People Operations processes through governance, documentation, use of data, and continuous improvement in a global environment. You will work in close alignment with the Global Sr. Manager of People Operations to ensure priorities are executed consistently.
This role does not require deep HR expertise. We are looking for a self-starter with strong operational thinking, problem-solving, and process design, and solid delivery discipline.
What You’ll Do
Process, Governance & Knowledge Management
- Review key People Operations processes for clarity, scalability, and consistent application. Lead or co-lead scoped improvements, in partnership with senior team members, when gaps or inefficiencies are identified.
- Drive adoption of updated processes through documentation, guidance, and coordinated execution.
- Run periodic quality checks to confirm adherence and surface issues early.
- Keep knowledge bases current as per agreed standards by coordinating with local owners.
- Act as a functional co-owner of the knowledge base structure, with a focus on quality, consistency, and usability.
Tools & Automation
- Partner with tool owners and cross‑functional teams on automation initiatives.
- Translate process and operational needs into structured requirements for tooling or workflow improvements.
- Support the delivery of automation-enabled improvements that reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Test and provide input on automation or AI‑driven solutions to improve how the team works.
- Support change and enablement activities (training, guideline articles, communications) linked to new or updated tools and automated processes.
Reporting & Data Support
- Maintain and improve operational datasets, dashboards, and reports that support visibility and decision‑making.
- Analyze process and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and flag data quality issues, coordinating with relevant teams to support resolution.
- Support alignment on data definitions and reporting standards across systems.
Who You Are:
- 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Project Management (focused on systems and processes), or HR Operations.
- Strong interest in processes, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with documentation, process improvement, or program support.
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, basic reporting, dashboards).
- Able to operate in environments where not everything is fully defined: you ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and build clarity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Curious and solution-oriented, with a keen interest in how tools, automation, and AI can improve the way we work.
- Fluent in English.
What Success Looks Like
- Scoped process improvements are delivered reliably.
- Key People Operations processes are clearly documented and consistently applied at scale.
- Data and reporting are structured, accurate, and actionable.
- Knowledge resources are current, accessible, and widely adopted.
