What You'll Do:
As an Account Strategist within Retail Media at Criteo, you will support and drive the performance of key advertiser accounts, mainly across the Beauty and Consumer Electronics verticals. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics, sales, and client collaboration, you will contribute to campaign planning, optimization, and performance storytelling to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and commercial priorities. You will use data to identify insights, recommend optimizations, support growth opportunities, and help clients maximize the value of Criteo’s Retail Media solutions.
Support the development and execution of Retail Media strategies for assigned advertiser accounts, mainly within the Beauty and Consumer Electronics verticals.
Analyze campaign performance across key KPIs such as ROAS, revenue, CTR, and spend pacing, translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Contribute to campaign planning, optimization, and post-campaign analysis, identifying opportunities to improve performance, scale investment, and test new Retail Media solutions.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing account execution in line with agreed strategy, objectives, and commercial priorities.
Prepare clear, structured presentations, performance reviews, and internal updates to support both client-facing and internal business discussions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success and strong commercial outcomes.
Support the identification of account growth opportunities, including upsell, cross-sell, scaling opportunities, and new Retail Media solutions that can drive incremental value and revenue growth
Who You Are:
You have experience in account strategy, account management, campaign management, digital advertising, e-commerce, Retail Media, performance marketing, analytics, or a similar client-facing or data- driven role.
You bring a strong analytical mindset and are confident working with data, with advanced Excel skills required.
You are able to structure insights clearly and communicate results in a concise, client-friendly, and actionable way.
You have solid business understanding and a strong interest in digital advertising, Retail Media, e-commerce, and performance-driven marketing.
You bring a commercial mindset and are able to identify opportunities to grow accounts, improve campaign performance, and maximize value for clients.
You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, accountability, and proactivity, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
You have strong communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English. Italian is a strong plus; previous exposure to digital advertising operations, business reviews, performance discussions, or campaign profitability analysis would also be a plus.
