What You'll Do:
We are looking for a hands-on ERP Functional Lead to support the implementation of Oracle ERP and EPM at Criteo, with a strong focus on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
This role will act as the functional owner for accounting processes within the ERP program, ensuring that business requirements are translated into robust system design and that the future solution enables scalable, efficient, and well-controlled operations.
The role requires deep prior experience in R2R processes combined with hands-on Oracle ERP Cloud implementation expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Own R2R Functional Design
- Own the functional design of end-to-end R2R processes (GL, AP, AR, intercompany, fixed assets)
- Define accounting requirements and ensure alignment with US GAAP / IFRS and internal policies
- Design and maintain a scalable ERP Chart of Accounts and accounting data model
- Ensure accounting flows and logic are correctly reflected in system configuration
Drive Oracle ERP Implementation
- Lead finance workshops and gather detailed functional requirements from Accounting, FP&A, and Tax
- Act as the primary finance counterpart to the system integrator, challenging design and ensuring best use of Oracle Cloud capabilities
- Review and validate system configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) with strong focus on accounting scenarios and data integrity
- Contribute to cutover planning and ensure readiness of accounting processes for go-live
Partner with Consolidation and EPM
- Work closely with the Consolidation team to ensure strong alignment between ERP and EPM implementations
- Support coordination of accounting data, structures, and reporting requirements across both systems
- Ensure consistency between transactional accounting (ERP) and consolidation/reporting processes (EPM), while EPM functional ownership remains within the Consolidation team
Ensure Process Excellence & Controls
- Embed strong internal controls (SOX, audit, compliance) into system design
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate R2R processes
- Ensure consistency of accounting treatments and processes across entities
- Support the definition and implementation of scalable “to-be” processes
Support Post Go-Live & Continuous Improvement
- Act as functional owner of R2R processes post go-live
- Drive continuous improvement and enhancements within Oracle ERP
- Resolve complex accounting/system issues in collaboration with IT and business teams
- Maintain alignment between business requirements and system capabilities
Who You Are:
- 8–12 years of experience in accounting and/or finance transformation roles
- Strong prior functional experience in Record-to-Report processes is required
- Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations is essential
- Proven experience in:
- Chart of Accounts design
- accounting data models
- system configuration and testing (SIT/UAT)
- Experience working with system integrators and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of US GAAP (IFRS a plus)
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud is a strong plus
