What You'll Do:
- Support Account Executives in achieving and exceeding individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
- Suppor Account Executives on Prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities with small,médium and Large-sized advertising agencies and advertisers through phone, email, and digital outreach.
- Assist and training support to a portfolio of clients and reseller partners, ensuring strong commercial performance and client satisfaction.
- Help and Support building and maintaining relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, from CMOs to Brand Managers and media buyers.
- Support all initiatives related to retention by supporting account growth strategies and maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with key stake Holder at the reseller, agencies and accounts.
- Identify market trends, industry opportunities, and successful campaign strategies to help generate incremental revenue opportunities.
- Partner closely with internal teams including Sales, Account Strategy, Operations, and Reseller Partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and client activity records within CRM systems.
- Facilitate sales and product training sessions for resellers, agencies, and advertisers.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience in digital advertising, offline marketing, media sales, direct marketing, or reseller/channel sales environments.
- Proven track record supporting revenue growth through prospecting, new business development, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
- Passionate about digital media, performance marketing, and evolving advertising technologies.
- Ability to understand advertising technology solutions and explain them in clear, client-friendly terms.
- Highly analytical, comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Organized and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environmenProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); CRM experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential.
- Strong ambition, ownership mindset, and desire to succeed.
- Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and effectively educate resellers, agencies, and advertisers on products, solutions, and best practices.
