What You'll Do:
The Data Science & Product Analytics (PAX) team uses cutting edge technology, advanced statistics and machine learning to tackle some of the most complex Product challenges at Criteo.
We help Criteo validate and evolve our products while exploring strategic breakthroughs to keep the company ahead in a rapidly evolving media landscape. The team combines data and business expertise to support feature teams, offers a unique understanding of Criteo’s complex systems, and helps Product Managers design and build products.. We serve as trusted partners to leadership and work closely with Product Managers, R&D, Finance & Business teams.
The topics we tackle are wide and always evolving!
· Support Product and R&D teams in building and scaling a universal measurement and incrementality framework, turning complex signals into actionable insights that help advertisers understand and optimize their online marketing efficiency along the entire buyer journey.
· Improve Identity & Privacy solutions by optimizing our capability to recognize users across all their devices and their interactions in the open-internet
· Work with the Quality Ad Experience team to pivot our user-level personalization engine and delivery rules to contextual and/or audience-based strategy
· Explore and support the development of our New Marketing Outcomes: Video & CTV, Contextual, and Omnichannel.
· Build the Buyer Index, a decision support service to improve the performance of digital ad campaigns in meeting clients’ goals across all addressability scenarios: addressable, cohort-based, or contextual.
· Work with the Trading Strategies team, to offer a suite of controls to our advertisers and enhance the performance of our business models: budget, audience, targeting...
· Define, track, and leverage key platform metrics, strategic initiatives, and user insights to drive adoption, reliability, and continuous improvement of the self-service platform experience for both clients and Criteo
Your missions as a Project Leader:
Data Science & Product Analytics Project Leaders play a central role in driving PAX initiatives. As key stakeholders, they ensure teams stay focused on top priorities, contribute directly to project success, and actively steer the roadmap across PAX teams.
Overall, your responsibilities include:
· Act as the main contact for R&D and Product teams, providing expertise on your scope. Foster cross-team collaboration, shape roadmaps with Product and R&D, and challenge design decisions to ensure alignment with strategy.
· Coordinate Data Science contributors to deliver on the project roadmap, translating early-stage business needs into actionable analytics features and plans while independently navigating challenges by selecting appropriate methods and approaches.
· Apply data science to support product vision, using AI, statistics and modeling to guide decisions and deliver actionable insights for product features.
· Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership by adapting messaging to suit diverse audiences
Who You Are:
5+ years’ experience in an analytical role in Technology, Engineering, Consulting or Finance
2+ years of project management experience
Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
Strong interest in data science, statistics, and predictive approaches
Proficiency in core data science tools and methodologies
Effective communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to navigate and influence complex, global organizations
Fluent in English
