Within Criteo's FP&A organization, and reporting to the Business Planning Tools & Process Manager, we are looking for a sharp and business-savvy FP&A Business & Process Analyst to own the global framework for profitability analysis and management reporting.
In this senior role, you will be the go-to expert for translating business dynamics into clear financial insights, enabling smarter decisions across FP&A, Commercial Finance, and leadership. You will shape how the business understands its performance, drive strategic alignment, and lead the evolution of our planning and reporting processes, including supporting the rollout of our new EPM solution.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong financial and commercial instincts with a passion for process improvement and storytelling through data, someone who is equally comfortable navigating large datasets as they are presenting insights to finance stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Business Analysis & Performance Insights
- Set the standard for profitability analysis and management reporting, ensuring leaders have the right information to make confident, timely decisions.
- Translate financial and business data into actionable narratives tailored to executive audiences.
- Perform hands-on analysis and restatements to support like-for-like comparisons and trend interpretation.
- Build and deliver executive-ready reporting that is accurate, automated, and easy to act on.
Stakeholder Partnership & Influence
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and regional teams, shaping process decisions and driving alignment.
- Constructively challenge and influence leaders, bringing both analytical rigor and business perspective to the table.
- Facilitate global planning meetings, training sessions, and retrospectives, reinforcing a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Process Design & Governance
- Define and evolve end-to-end planning and forecasting processes, setting timelines, monitoring delivery, and proactively managing risks.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements, model new business rules, and ensure consistency across regions.
- Lead or co-lead transformation initiatives that simplify processes, improve planning accuracy, and strengthen decision-support capabilities.
System Enablement (Supporting)
- Serve as FP&A's point of contact for the EPM implementation, ensuring business logic and financial models are accurately reflected in the tool.
- Lead UAT strategy and execution for system releases, validating outputs against real business scenarios.
- Perform quality checks on master data and key planning drivers to ensure reliable outputs.
Who You Are:
