Job ID: r20640
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Program Manager for Agentic Commerce initiatives (Open AI & beyond) to orchestrate the end‑to‑end delivery, commercialization, and scale‑up of AI‑powered products across Performance Media. You will sit at the centre of Product, R&D, GTM, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure our OpenAI roadmap and any new exploratory topics ship on time, hits the right quality bar, and delivers against our annual operating plan (AOP) targets.
You will be accountable for turning strategy and product plans into execution: aligning stakeholders, building and running the operating model, managing risk, and driving adoption and revenue outcomes rather than just feature delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Ownership & Strategy Execution
Own the OpenAI program plan from concept to scale, translating leadership ambitions and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets into clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
Partner with Product and R&D to define release scope, gates, and timelines for OpenAI‑powered features and platforms.
Ensure program plans protect broader portfolio and AOP commitments (no unmanaged trade‑offs on other strategic priorities).
2. Cross‑Functional Orchestration
Lead an extended cross‑functional squad (Product, R&D, GTM, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Ops) to deliver initiatives with clarity of roles and decision‑making.
Set and run the governance cadence: from weekly program reviews to executive check‑ins.
Coordinate with regional leaders to ensure field readiness (sales motions, enablement, support model, Salesforce / tooling requirements).
3. Delivery, Risk & Quality Management
Track progress against time, scope, and quality; escalate early when critical paths or dependencies are at risk.
Define clear entry/exit criteria for launches and care periods (beta, GA, post‑launch care, de‑risking steps).
4. Commercialization & Adoption
Work with GTM and Commercial to turn OpenAI capabilities into compelling narratives, playbooks, and adoption programs (pricing, packaging, positioning, case studies).
Define and track adoption KPIs (e.g., segment‑level penetration, incremental revenue / margin, client satisfaction) and drive concrete actions when off‑track.
Partner with Revenue Ops and Analytics to ensure measurement, reporting, and dashboards give leaders a clear view of impact.
5. Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as the single point of truth for OpenAI program status for LT and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain the stakeholder map (Product, Commercial, GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Support, Regions) and ensure each understands how OpenAI initiatives impact their teams.
Draft and coordinate executive communications that clearly frame context, decisions, and expectations.
6. Operating Model & Continuous Improvement
Design, document, and evolve the operating model for AI programs (cadence, roles, decision frameworks, intake & prioritization, escalation paths).
Capture and socialize lessons learned from major launches (e.g., self‑service, AI‑powered products) and embed them into how we run future programs.
Champion best practices in program management, including tooling, templates, and rituals that improve predictability and collaboration.
Who You Are:
Must‑have:
7+ years of program or project management in tech, product, or commercial organizations, including at least 3 years leading complex cross‑functional programs.
Proven experience in ship & scale programs that cross Product, Engineering, GTM, and Commercial (e.g., platform launches, self‑service products, major migrations).
Strong understanding of digital advertising / performance media or adjacent SaaS/platform businesses.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives, drive alignment, and hold teams accountable without direct line authority.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with experience drafting leadership‑level updates and external‑facing launch communications.
High analytical rigor: comfortable with revenue targets, KPIs, variance analysis, and building action plans from data.
Experience building and running governance cadences (steer‑cos, working groups, code‑yellow/code‑red‑type efforts).
Nice‑to‑have:
Experience with AI/ML‑driven products or partnerships
Prior work on self‑service or full‑funnel / cross‑channel advertising solutions.
Familiarity with portfolio management (prioritization across multiple squads/programs, AOP planning).
Skills & Behaviors
You are an owner with a strong sense of accountability, taking responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
You are a systems thinker, able to connect roadmap items to client impact, revenue, margin, and the operating model.
You are structured and calm under pressure, capable of driving disciplined execution in high-stakes, time-bound contexts.
You are collaborative and low-ego, bringing teams together across functions, cultures, and regions, and navigating ambiguity and trade-offs with ease.
You are a change leader, able to influence behavior across sales, product, and operations as AI transforms ways of working.
Advantage: You are fluent in French.
You are energized by fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to change.
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
