What You'll Do:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our Talent
Acquisition efforts and campus initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to
sourcing top talent, coordinating recruiting activities, and enhancing the
candidate and intern experience, while also helping to build strong relationships
with universities and hiring teams. You will play a key part in market research,
process optimization, and program development, working in a dynamic,
international environment that values collaboration, creativity, and a people-
first approach
- Assist in sourcing through LinkedIn and engaging with alumni
- Audit requisitions prior to marking "hired"
- Support TA with ad-hoc scheduling needs outside of Paradox
- Engage with current interns (special events, lunches, etc.)
- Conduct market research on hiring trends
- Engage with universities and colleges to build relationships
Who You Are:
- Fluent or native English (At Criteo, English is our working language)
- You can take initiative and be autonomous on various tasks.
- You naturally take ownership of any task and are accountable for any deliverables
- You demonstrate creativity, energy, empathy, and enthusiasm
- You are very organized and extremely diligent
- You love to communicate, and you have excellent written communication skills
- You like international work environments, and you’re able to work with a variety of stakeholders
- You’re a ‘can do’ person, flexible and prepared to roll up your sleeves and join in for project preparation, onsite operations management, and after projects closing
