What You'll Do:
- We see the client at the center of everything we do. We provide excellent customer support and enable our clients to drive better media outcomes through our world-leading Commerce Media Platform.
- As you are the first point of contact for Criteo, your goal is to provide excellent customer support to all incoming client requests using email or video call support.
- You will be supporting our Small Business client base, specifically in the Long Tail segment.
- You will provide support to clients regarding campaign setup, Criteo best practices, budgets, technical issues, billing and payments.
- You have interest in learning and solving technical issues to help clients run a desired advertising campaign.
- You have good organizational skills to know where the right information is or how to find it. You enable Criteo clients to navigate through and use our Advertising Platform by sharing the right instructions.
- You provide an excellent operational service to our clients by applying SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and demonstrate prioritization skills & proactively engage with client to deepen relationships with our brands.
- You understand the importance of tracking customer support efficiency metrics (reply time, resolution time) ensuring you follow this in your day to day.
- You will learn how to pitch new business, expansion, & incremental funding opportunities to prospective and existing clients, driving growth within your account portfolio.
- You will provide brands with personalized analyses and recommendations, leveraging data insights to guide clients toward optimal campaign performance.
Who You Are:
- 0-1 year of experience working in customer service
- Client centricity - ability to understand customers' needs and provide the best solution
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Capacity to explain things simply and demonstrate value to clients
- At ease to work on different platforms and tools (Excel/Salesforce/internal platforms)
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
- Passion for collaborating and working with cross-functional teams

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$60,000 - $75,000
