What You'll Do:

This is the placement of brand advertisements within eCommerce sites and mobile applications of retailers, as well as brand and retailer-specific ads offsite. Your Mission:
As a Retail Media Sales Manager CPG for France, you will be expected to win new business, nurture prospects, grow existing clients, initiate and manage a multi-product proposition sales cycle to close. You will be working with some of the largest & well-known brands with a focus on FMCG. You will be facilitating joint business planning meetings as well as strategic growth development conversations. Draw up sales account plans and be responsible for forecasting to achieve quarterly targets.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Driving revenue growth on a client portfolio while working closely together with the Account Strategist team
Prospecting & closing new business deals
Deeply understanding customer challenges and positioning our offer as the answer using solution selling techniques
Achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue targets
Accurate pipeline management, reporting and ownership opportunities through Salesforce
Developing & maintaining relationships at all levels with brands and agencies
Identifying and understanding trends within the Retail industry
Championing new products and solutions
Supporting the Retail Partnerships team in showcasing the commercial efforts to our Retailer partners
Representing Criteo RM at industry events and award ceremonies
Pitching and selling multi-retailers’ campaigns and onboarding of a new retailer from a sales strategy perspective
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Media and/or Digital advertising
- Proven track record working with CPG brands and media agencies
- Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex, multi-product deals
- Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams
Skills:
- Strong solution selling and commercial strategy skills
- Client and partner leadership
- Pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders at brands and agencies
- Good understanding of the retail media landscape and eCommerce advertising ecosystem
- Ability to onboard new business and develop go-to-market sales strategies
- Highly autonomous and able to ramp up quickly given the fixed-term nature of the role
- Proactive, results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Languages:
- Fluent in French and English
