What You'll Do:
As a Team Lead Account Strategy for France, you will manage a team of 5 account strategists in order to grow the business with our existing advertisers and media agencies, through a multi-retailer and multi-product proposition cycle to close incremental opportunities thanks to the powerful insights of Criteo. You will be working with some of the largest & well-known brands with a focus on FMCG and Consumer Electronics.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Lead a team of Account Strategists through example, by showing excellence in your current role and delivering consistent achievement against specific aggressive targets – Onboard new intern.
- Effectively manage relationships with top advertisers, develop strong relationships with top customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service.
- Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services.
- Act as ‘point of contact’ for escalation issues.
- Identify team members’ strengths and areas of development and support their growth.
- Conduct 121’s with your team members weekly as well as team meetings.
- Report to your senior management on performance, market conditions, fluctuations in numbers and team growth/development potential or needs.
- Provide full prospect pipeline management and reporting, budget planning, forecasting, financial administrative coordination.
- Work collaboratively with internal partners from different departments to ensure excellent client service delivery and team alignment.
- Participating and/or leading internal initiatives to drive business to success (case studies…).
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of management experience in Account Strategy
- Proven track record working with brands, ideally in Retail Media
- Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluent French as a must
