Job ID: r20687
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Effectiveness Analyst, you will help improve how our sales teams work every day by making tools, processes, and ways of working simpler, clearer, and easier to adopt. You will partner closely with Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional teams to drive execution, improve seller productivity, and increase adoption of key sales tools and processes, especially within Salesforce.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, process excellence, and enablement. It is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys turning business needs into practical solutions, supporting rollout and adoption, and helping commercial teams use tools and processes with more consistency and confidence.
In this role, you will:
Partner with Sales leaders and Revenue Operations to identify friction points in the sales cycle and improve the processes, tools, and seller experience that support execution.
Drive adoption of Salesforce and other sales tools by translating business needs into clear guidelines, practical workflows, training, guidance, and support.
Help document best practices, create enablement content, and contribute to scalable onboarding and learning resources for sellers and managers.
Support the rollout of new tools, features, and process changes through strong change management, user enablement, communications, and follow-up.
Act as a trusted point of contact for sellers and managers, helping them understand how to use tools and processes effectively in their day-to-day work.
Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and Enablement to improve workflows, strengthen data quality, and ensure tools support business priorities.
Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that increase usability, consistency, and ROI from the sales tech stack.
Build reports, and do analyses that help teams understand the adoption / usage, process adherence, and key performance signals within Salesforce and related tools.
Who You Are:
You are curious, pragmatic, and highly collaborative. You enjoy improving how teams work and are energized by helping sellers adopt better tools, processes, and habits. You are comfortable operating close to the business, understanding sales realities, and translating them into structured, scalable solutions.
You likely bring:
Solid experience working with Salesforce in a sales, sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or business analyst environment; strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce is essential.
Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role, or close partnership with sales teams, giving you a practical understanding of the sales cycle and seller needs.
Experience improving business processes and helping teams adopt new tools, workflows, or ways of working.
Strong interest in sales productivity, sales processes, CRM excellence, and enablement.
Ability to gather requirements, structure problems, and turn feedback into actionable recommendations and solutions.
Comfort working with data, reporting, and dashboards, with the ability to turn analysis into clear business insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain changes clearly, support stakeholders, and build trust across functions.
A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
