Job ID: r20713
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Program Director to help drive GO Enterprise through its next phase of growth, commercialization, and scale. This role is designed for someone who can sit at the center of Product, R&D, GTM, Commercial, Finance, Legal, People, and Operations, turning strategic priorities into clear plans, strong governance, fast decisions, and reliable execution.
You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create clarity, manage priorities, drive operating rigor, and remove blockers across a broad and evolving portfolio. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly structured, low ego, execution-oriented, and comfortable taking loosely scoped problems and driving them through to business outcomes.
What you will do
Drive end-to-end program execution across GO Enterprise priorities, from framing the work through launch, stabilization, adoption, and follow-through.
Translate leadership ambitions and business goals into clear milestones, dependencies, success metrics, owners, and decision points.
Build and maintain the operating mechanisms that keep complex work moving, including plans, milestones, trackers, governance forums, status updates, risk registers, and executive-ready summaries.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, owners, sequencing, dependencies, trade-offs, and readiness.
Protect broader portfolio and Annual Operating Plan commitments by surfacing trade-offs early and ensuring execution choices do not create unmanaged risk for other strategic priorities.
Identify risks, surface issues early, propose mitigation paths, and help leaders make timely decisions in fast-moving and ambiguous situations.
Partner with GTM, Commercial, and Operations on launch readiness, field enablement, support models, and adoption plans so initiatives land effectively in market.
Act as a communication bridge across technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating messy context into clear actions, crisp documents, and decision-ready recommendations.
Create lightweight, scalable processes that improve execution, accountability, and predictability without adding unnecessary complexity.
Support leadership communications, governance cadences, and cross-functional follow-up so that important initiatives stay visible, coordinated, and on track.
Do the practical work that makes strategic programs succeed, whether that means writing the first draft, organizing the meeting, cleaning up the tracker, following up on dependencies, or driving a loose end to closure.
Who You Are:
Significant experience in program management, consulting, chief of staff, strategy & operations, technical program management, or a related cross-functional leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and shifting priorities.
Strong judgment, low ego, and a demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous problem, determine what matters, and drive execution without waiting for perfect direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for executive, technical, and business audiences.
Experience building structured operating cadences and scalable processes that improve clarity, accountability, speed, and decision quality.
Strong cross-functional influence skills and the ability to build trust across different teams and perspectives.
Comfort working close to product and technical teams, with enough fluency to understand constraints, dependencies, quality bars, and delivery trade-offs.
Strong analytical rigor and comfort working with KPIs, trackers, reporting, and action plans to drive accountability.
High ownership, strong follow-through, and a willingness to handle both strategic work and unglamorous execution work when needed.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in ad tech, DSPs, product-led, platform, enterprise, or technology organizations with heavy cross-functional interdependence.
Experience supporting executive-level governance, portfolio reviews, launch programs, or major transformation efforts.
Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Commercial on ship-and-scale programs.
Familiarity with commercialization, launch readiness, adoption planning, and operating model design.
Experience navigating ambiguity in high-growth or rapidly changing environments.
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
