What You'll Do:

Join us as our Product Owner for S2P / P2P, where you’ll shape and evolve our global spend management ecosystem, powered by Oracle Fusion.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a senior profile who enjoys operating at both strategic and delivery levels. You’ll partner closely with business and IT teams to define the vision, drive priorities, and build a scalable, compliant, and future-ready platform.

Your scope spans the full S2P lifecycle from sourcing and supplier management to purchasing, invoicing, approvals, and integrations across the finance ecosystem.

From initial project delivery to post go-live evolution, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the product continuously delivers value, efficiency, and a seamless user experience.

✅ This position can be based in Paris or Barcelona

Your mission :

  • Own the S2P / P2P roadmap and backlog, aligning with business priorities and driving continuous value

  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, AP & IT to translate needs into clear, prioritized solutions

  • Lead solution design and delivery, ensuring scalability, simplicity, and automation-first approaches

  • Challenge partners and integrators to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions

  • Drive post–go-live evolution, managing enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement

  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and seamless integrations across the finance ecosystem

  • Act as escalation point for complex issues and ensure durable resolutions

  • Engage stakeholders and bring innovation, keeping the product aligned with user needs and market trends

Who You Are:

  • Hybrid mindset: comfortable bridging business discussions and hands-on solution design

  • 5+ years’ experience in ERP, product, or business analysis within S2P / P2P

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion (Procurement & Payables)

  • Product-oriented and hands-on, with ability to investigate and resolve complex issues

  • Confident working with and challenging system integrators

  • Good understanding of finance controls, audit, and ERP environments

  • Solid grasp of integrations, data flows, and end-to-end process impacts

  • Structured, pragmatic, and outcome-driven, with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience across broader S2P areas (e.g. Sourcing, Contracts, supplier portals)

  • Exposure to SaaS tools such as Navan, Brex, or Zip

  • Experience with multi-country rollouts, e-invoicing, or tax localization

  • Familiarity with other procurement / spend management ecosystems

  • Knowledge of analytics or reporting tools (e.g. Oracle Analytics Cloud, EPM)
