What You'll Do:
As an Account Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the retention and growth of an existing portfolio of clients across the Benelux and Nordic regions, while helping to build strong strategic partnerships across Criteo’s Retail Media solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to a portfolio of advertisers across the Benelux and Nordics regions
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance to ensure client objectives are met
• Identify performance trends and recommend improvements to enhance campaign results
• Troubleshoot campaign issues by working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions teams
• Help ensure seamless campaign execution by resolving bugs and technical challenges
• Support Account Strategists in identifying growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio
• Contribute to upselling and cross-selling initiatives across Criteo’s product suite
• Perform administrative tasks such as creating IOs (Insertion Orders) and internal tickets
• Assist in improving internal processes, workflows, and tools, including automation initiatives
• Collect campaign data to build case studies and provide actionable insights showcasing performance and success stories
Who You Are:
You bring hands-on experience from a previous internship in sales, account management, or client services (ideally in tech or digital marketing)
You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
You are able to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise in fast-paced environments
You approach challenges with a business mindset and solid problem-solving skills
You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
Dutch or a Nordic language is a strong plus
You have excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
You thrive in multicultural environments and enjoy working with diverse teams
