What You'll Do:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. This
role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital media sales across
direct and programmatic channels, a consultative approach to selling, and a
passion for building new business, with a particular focus on non-retail verticals.
The Senior AE will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned
territory, with a primary focus on new business development. This person should
be comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment, engaging a range of
decision-makers, and partnering cross-functionally to bring opportunities to life.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed annual revenue quota within the assigned territory.
Develop new business through proactive prospecting, network development, inbound lead follow-up, and industry events.
Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers, from CMOs to Paid Media Specialists, by understanding their business challenges and positioning Criteo as the ideal solution.
Review campaign results and insights with internal partners to ensure KPIs are met and communicated clearly to clients.
Create and deliver customized presentations, both in person and remotely.
Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene, keeping Salesforce updated with accurate, real-time activity logs and pipeline progression.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape, positioning Criteo as the best choice for mid-market advertisers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including technical implementation, creative services, data analytics, and account management, to ensure smooth client onboarding and success.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience selling digital media solutions across channels such as Display, OLV, CTV/OTT, and Audio, both directly and programmatically.
Consultative, problem-solving sales approach; formal training such as Challenger or Sandler is a plus.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with prospective clients.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and summarize key takeaways.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high CRM hygiene.
Confident in cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn; comfortable leveraging tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to optimize performance.
Existing client and/or agency relationships that can help accelerate business development are a plus.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, especially programmatic media.
Self-starter who works well independently, collaborates effectively, and brings a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Travel is expected as part of the role, including conferences, client meetings, and industry events.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$100,000 - $110,000
