What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to become a true partner to our business by supporting the full recruitment cycle – from initial brief to onboarding. You’ll play a key role in shaping the teams that power our commercial success across the EMEA region. 🌍

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
Learning and applying modern sourcing strategies, while staying up-to-date with market trends and new talent acquisition tools
Acting as a resource and sharing learning with the wider TA team to help drive innovation and competitive advantage
Representing the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities
Tracking staffing data and providing regular insights and reports to your stakeholders
Who You Are:
A strong interest in human resources; prior experience in recruitment is a plus
Excellent customer service mindset and the curiosity to listen, understand needs, and respond with solutions
The ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
A detail-oriented, hands-on approach with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved
Strong communication skills and business acumen
A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a results-driven mindset
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English; French or other European language is a plus
