What You'll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to become a true partner to our business by supporting the full recruitment cycle – from initial brief to onboarding. You’ll play a key role in shaping the teams that power our commercial success across the EMEA region. 🌍


This internship is a chance to learn from experienced TA professionals, gain exposure to real hiring challenges, and build the foundation of a career in recruitment or HR. You’ll join a passionate team that cares about your development, supports your ideas, and celebrates your growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage

  • Learning and applying modern sourcing strategies, while staying up-to-date with market trends and new talent acquisition tools

  • Acting as a resource and sharing learning with the wider TA team to help drive innovation and competitive advantage

  • Representing the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities

  • Tracking staffing data and providing regular insights and reports to your stakeholders

Who You Are:

  • A strong interest in human resources; prior experience in recruitment is a plus

  • Excellent customer service mindset and the curiosity to listen, understand needs, and respond with solutions

  • The ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • A detail-oriented, hands-on approach with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved

  • Strong communication skills and business acumen

  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a results-driven mindset

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in English; French or other European language is a plus
