What You'll Do:
Provide first-level troubleshooting for Criteo products and features;
Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies;
Provide support on various types of clients;
Helping the AS team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio;
Act as a bridge between the account strategy team and Ops;
Work with the Account Strategy team to develop analysis and optimizations;
Performing admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets for Operations teams;
Helping build Case-studies: You will collect information and build customized case-studies for clients alongside Marketing teams;
Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines;
Who You Are:
Desire to learn about AdTech market and all the challenges on this business worldwide;
Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key;
Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made;
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors;
Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning;
Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications;
Clear and effective communication skills;
Ability to build and write reports;
Advanced English;
