Your Role: Business Analyst Apprentice
Are you ready to dive into the world of strategic procurement? As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you’ll be at the core of our operations, working alongside experienced buyers on exciting and impactful projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will support the business in the effective use of procurement tools and processes, while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify, improve and automate the way we work.
Your scope will include spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier relationship management to build and maintain strong partnerships, and vendor risk management to assess and mitigate supplier risks.
You will also contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across procurement, including agent prompting, automation and buying-management optimisation, with the objective of improving user support, process efficiency and decision-making.

Who You Are:
Bachelor or Master 1 student in Business Analysis or Management.
Passionate about innovation.
A mix of analytical and social – Excel and Power BI don’t scare you, right?
Knowledge of AI and agentic solutions
Interested in the web/tech industry

Eager to work hard and play hard!
Location: Paris Office (Hybrid: Min. 2 days/week in the office).
