What You'll Do:

As a Business Development & Lead Generation Intern, you will be a key contributor to Criteo's commercial growth within the Independent Agency segment across France, the UK, and the DACH region. Working hand-in-hand with Account Executives and Account Strategists, you will drive outreach, generate qualified meetings, and help shape the commercial narrative of Criteo's solutions from prospecting to co-pitching. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone eager to build a career in sales and business development within the AdTech industry.

Your Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Prospect and qualify independent agencies across FR, UK, and DACH markets, identifying key decision-makers and relevant contacts.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn) to engage agency prospects and secure qualified meetings.
  • Track all outreach activities, pipeline progress, and meeting outcomes in Salesforce CRM.
  • Research agency profiles, including their client portfolio, media investment priorities, and competitive landscape, to personalise outreach and pitch materials.
  • Craft compelling email content tailored to each market, highlighting relevant Criteo solutions and seasonal opportunities for agency clients.

Sales Content & Enablement

  • Create industry deep dives and market trend reports to support agency conversations and establish Criteo's thought leadership.
  • Develop tailored customer sales decks and pitch materials for agency meetings across the FR, UK, and DACH markets.
  • Build and update case studies showcasing Criteo's impact for agency clients, leveraging campaign success stories and performance data.
  • Maintain and organise a library of sales assets (one-pagers, decks, case studies) for easy reuse by the wider team.
  • Perform administrative tasks including Salesforce updates, ticket creation, and reporting to support the team's day-to-day operations.

Who You Are:

  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French and/or German is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce or any CRM is a plus.
  • Organised and self-driven, capable of managing multiple outreach sequences and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to build compelling visual content (decks, one-pagers, case studies) using PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Analytical curiosity: comfortable tracking KPIs, reading data, and iterating based on results.
  • A genuine interest in sales, business development, and the AdTech/digital advertising industry.
  • A positive, resilient mindset and a collaborative team spirit — you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement in Spain.
