What You'll Do:
We are looking for an Analyst to help build AI-enabled capabilities that make Retail Media go-to-market teams faster, smarter, and more effective.
This person will play a key role in developing and scaling workflows that leverage AI tools (including platforms such as Glean and Dust) to support prompt-based GTM materials, customer intelligence, and competitive intelligence. The role is designed for someone who is excited by the intersection of AI tools, market insight, commercial strategy, and operational enablement, and who can turn emerging capabilities into repeatable, high-impact outputs for go-to-market teams.
What you will do:
· Build and operationalize AI-enabled capabilities, including workflows across tools such as Glean and Dust, that enable Retail Media teams to generate high-quality prompt-based GTM materials at scale
· Develop repeatable workflows, templates, and best practices that simplify and streamline core GTM processes using AI tools
· Translate business needs from GTM stakeholders into practical AI-enabled solutions that improve speed, consistency, and quality
· Produce market intelligence outputs that help teams understand category trends, retailer and brand priorities, emerging customer needs, and broader shifts in the Retail Media landscape, grounded in internal signals and external proof points
· Produce competitive intelligence outputs that help teams stay current on market shifts, competitor positioning, and emerging trends
· Partner closely with Product Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional Retail Media stakeholders to identify the highest-value use cases for AI enablement
· Test, refine, and scale prompt strategies that improve the usefulness and reliability of generated content
· Help establish new ways of working by documenting processes, sharing learnings, and driving adoption of AI-enabled workflows
· Monitor output quality and continuously improve workflows to ensure materials are accurate, relevant, and actionable
Who You Are:
· Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured outputs and recommendations
· Experience creating insights, materials, or workflows that support go-to-market, commercial, strategy, marketing, customer intelligence, competitive intelligence, or market intelligence work
· Demonstrated interest in AI tools and agentic workflows, with hands-on experience leveraging platforms such as Glean, Dust, or similar tools to improve research, content creation, or GTM workflows
· Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, audience-ready deliverables
· Strong written communication skills and an ability to tailor outputs for different internal stakeholders
· Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being defined
· A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done
· Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across functions to drive adoption and impact
Preferred qualifications
· Experience in Retail Media, adtech, martech, ecommerce, or a related industry
· Experience supporting Product Marketing, GTM, sales enablement, market intelligence, or strategy functions
· Familiarity with prompt design, prompt testing, and workflow optimization for AI-generated outputs
· Experience building reusable templates, playbooks, or enablement assets for broad team use
· Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
