What You'll Do:
The Programmatic TAM is responsible for the day-to-day execution of programmatic advertising operations within the Curation part of the Criteo Commerce Grid platform. The role ensures smooth delivery and optimization of deal-based campaigns (PMP, PG), focusing on high-quality execution, proactive troubleshooting, and consistent support to commercial and product stakeholders. The role is critical for revenue delivery and client satisfaction by maintaining reliable, scalable operational workflows around Curation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute day-to-day programmatic tasks, including deal creation, targeting configuration, inventory and audience selection, and QA across major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon).
· Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance of deal-based campaigns, ensuring they hit KPIs and contractual commitments.
· Perform first-line troubleshooting for issues such as under-delivery, discrepancies and targeting misconfigurations.
· Analyze pacing curves, CPMs, CTR, CPA/ROAS and other core performance metrics to identify optimization levers at deal level.
· Work closely with Analytics, Client Services and Product teams to translate client needs into appropriate programmatic setups and strategies.
· Provide clear, structured feedback to Product and Engineering on issues, feature gaps, and opportunities for workflow improvements.
· Follow and help refine standard operating procedures for deal setup, QA, troubleshooting, and reporting.
· Identify recurring operational pain points and propose relevant improvements (checklists, templates, automation ideas, documentation updates).
· Ensure accurate documentation of deal setups, known issues, troubleshooting steps, and learnings to enable repeatability and scalability.
· Contribute to testing and rollout of new features and tools related to programmatic operations and Curation.
Who You Are:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related fields.
· 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or media trading, ideally with hands-on deals and campaign management.
· Proven experience with programmatic deal types (PMP, PG) and audience-based buying.
· Experience working with major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Amazon etc).
· Solid understanding of programmatic ecosystem concepts: auctions, inventory, audiences, frequency, bid and win rates, viewability, brand safety, etc.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, win rates, supply mix) and propose clear optimization actions.
· Knowledge of SQL and Python or similar as an advantage (for debugging, reporting, or automation use cases).
· Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with commercial, product, and technical teams.
· Ability to manage multiple deals/tasks in parallel in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize based on impact and urgency.
· Comfortable exploring and using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
