What You'll Do:
This role will help lead the next phase of Criteo's Curation growth, expanding our offering beyond Commerce Grid to include activation across third-party SSPs. The position is central to unlocking agency-preferred buying paths, scaling adoption of Commerce Audiences, and helping Criteo capture new brand and CTV budgets.
- Lead client support and strategy for Criteo Curation across both Commerce Grid and third-party SSP activation paths.
- Build strong relationships with client and agency stakeholders, understanding business goals, activation preferences, and decision-making structures.
- Drive onboarding, ongoing support, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance reporting, while identifying opportunities to grow adoption and spend.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to make Curation a standard part of the pitch, including seller education on SSP preferences, co-selling opportunities, and playbook execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technical, and Analytics teams to improve activation, resolve issues, and inform product development.
- Identify new growth opportunities across agency portfolios, advertiser categories, and emerging channels such as CTV.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Commerce Grid, Commerce Audiences, and SSP activation strategy, representing both the client internally and Criteo externally.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in client services or account management, ideally within an SSP, DSP, or similar ad tech environment.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, SSP/DSP dynamics, inventory management, and the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
- Experienced in consultative client and agency management, with the ability to navigate commercial needs, activation constraints, and preferred buying paths.
- Clear communicator who can simplify technical concepts for commercial audiences and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, independently, and across time zones in a developing, high-growth environment.
- Strategic, analytical, and collaborative, with a proactive mindset and strong ownership from start to finish.
