What You'll Do:

Criteo is seeking a Head of Global Marketing Partnerships to support key strategic and high-growth partnership initiatives, beginning with OpenAI and expanding across broader AI, Retail Media, and Commerce ecosystem partnerships over time.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, this role will help shape how Criteo commercializes, positions and scales partnerships. The role sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Communications and Customer storytelling – and take an active role on the marketing leadership team.

The individual will help drive joint go-to-market activation, support customer and market adoption, coordinate key launch events, and strengthen Criteo’s positioning within the rapidly evolving Commerce and AI ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and operationally strong, comfortable navigating ambiguity, with experience building scalable partner marketing motions in fast-moving environments. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role that requires strong collaboration, influence and stakeholder management skills across executive leadership, product, sales, marketing and external partners.

Success in this role will depend heavily on the ability to drive alignment, create momentum and execute through influence across complex and evolving partnership environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead partner marketing strategy and execution across key strategic partnerships, initially focused on OpenAI
  • Develop scalable programs to support advertiser adoption, market launches, product rollouts and commercialization efforts
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches and partner activations across Sales, Product, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Operations, helping align stakeholders and drive execution across matrixed teams
  • Support international market expansion efforts tied to strategic partnerships
  • Coordinate joint marketing calendars, launch moments, communications opportunities, and co-branded initiatives across the appropriate internal teams at Criteo and external strategic partners to ensure alignment, execution and market readiness

Customer Storytelling & Thought Leadership

  • Lead development of customer case studies, proof points, testimonials, and partner success narratives in coordination with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Analytics, and external partners
  • Drive alignment across internal stakeholders to accelerate time-to-market for customer stories, launch communications, and external partnership announcements
  • Partner with the appropriate internal teams to support executive presentations, fireside chats, industry events, webinars, and partner-facing thought leadership initiatives
  • Help strengthen Criteo’s market positioning and category leadership within AI-driven commerce and emerging advertising ecosystems through coordinated storytelling and strategic communications efforts

Sales Enablement & Internal Readiness

  • Support development of internal enablement materials, FAQs, launch kits, sales narratives, and training resources tied to strategic partnerships
  • Help translate complex partnership initiatives into clear commercial narratives for internal teams and customers
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership to support market readiness and adoption efforts
  • Act as a connective partner across teams to help surface feedback, identify adoption blockers, and improve coordination around strategic partnership launches and commercialization efforts

Who You Are:

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, strategic partnerships, business marketing, or related GTM roles
  • Experience working within advertising technology
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting emerging products, beta programs, or early-stage commercialization efforts
  • Experience working on the brand side is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and organizational leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct organizational authority
  • Experience supporting customer case studies, webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Comfortable working directly with external partners and senior leadership stakeholders

Success Metrics

  • Advertiser adoption: Number of advertisers activated on priority partnership initiatives; adoption rate across target accounts; expansion from pilot to repeat usage.
  • Launch execution: Percentage of launches executed on time; number of partner markets successfully activated.
  • Customer proof points: Published case studies, testimonials, or external proof points; share featuring strategic or marquee customers.
  • Sales enablement effectiveness: Utilization of partner-specific enablement materials by Sales teams; trainings completed across priority field teams; seller feedback on readiness and message clarity.
  • Commercial impact: Influenced pipeline and/or revenue tied to partner marketing initiatives; number of opportunities supported with partner-specific narratives or materials; contribution to expansion of strategic partnership programs.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
