What You'll Do:
As Head of Korea Marketing, based in Seoul, you will lead and execute the local marketing strategy to accelerate Criteo Korea’s business growth across brands, agencies, and retailers.
You will work closely with the Korean commercial team to plan and deliver regional campaigns that combine co-marketing initiatives, content localization, account-based marketing, and events. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, strengthen market leadership, and influence revenue in one of APAC’s key markets.
This position reports to the Head of Marketing, APAC and sits within the Global Marketing organization.
You will collaborate closely with Korea Country Leads across Emerging Business, Enterprise Business, and Retail Media, as well as Client Solutions, Global Marketing and APAC marketing teams - including PR, Global Campaigns, and Social. You will also work with local external vendors as needed.
This role requires balancing short-term tactical execution with long-term strategic planning across the full marketing funnel. In addition to Korea, you may also be asked to support campaigns and activations in other APAC markets, such as India, in partnership with local commercial teams, reseller partners, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Korea commercial leaders and local teams to elevate Criteo’s voice in the market and support Korea revenue targets through well-aligned, data-driven marketing programs focused on brands, agencies, and retailers.
Act as the voice of the Korea market within the marketing organization by bringing local insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into APAC and Global planning.
Lead a team of local marketers to support the development and execution of the APAC marketing strategy, while fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, learning, and quality.
Mentor and develop team members through a supportive and collaborative management approach.
Build and optimize a cross-channel pipeline generation strategy for the Korea market, with clear measurement, reporting, and ongoing performance improvement to support new business growth.
Design and execute regional campaigns, including always-on, campaign-based, and account-based programs, in partnership with local Sales and Client Solutions teams.
Ensure clear targeting, strong messaging, and measurable outcomes for key brands, agencies, and retailers.
Own project management across programs, including timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and cross-functional communications, to ensure smooth delivery and stakeholder alignment.
Plan and deliver sponsored, hosted, and co-marketing initiatives in Korea with key retailers, agencies, and ecosystem partners, from concept and messaging through execution, measurement, and post-campaign reporting.
Lead the localization and adaptation of global content, including reports, whitepapers, and case studies, to ensure relevance for the Korean market.
Partner with the Korean team to develop narratives aligned to client and prospect needs.
Own end-to-end event management for field marketing and partner events across Korea, including strategy, stakeholder alignment, messaging, invitations, attendee management, and on-site execution.
Own the allocation and management of the regional marketing budget, ensuring investments are aligned to business priorities, tracked accurately, and optimized for impact and efficiency.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals, with hands-on experience across channels and tactics such as direct mail, events, Account Based Marketing (ABM), co-marketing, and digital campaigns.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Global Marketing, as well as external partners such as agencies, retailers, and platforms.
