What You'll Do:
The Strategic Finance team’s core mission is to help Criteo make more effective decisions. We aim to build long-term company value by connecting company strategy with world-class execution, setting financial goals, understanding and communicating the drivers of our business, delivering accurate financial results, managing risks, and identifying opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a trusted advisor to the APAC Leadership Team, balancing strategic thinking with operational rigor. Help set the strategic direction for the region and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Shape how strategy is evaluated financially by establishing clear frameworks, insights, and executive-level narratives.
- Translate regional strategy into actionable insights that drive profitable, scalable growth across APAC markets.
- Act as a connective leader across Finance, Global FP&A, and key regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational metrics and financial priorities.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other functions to ensure consistency of assumptions, metrics, and business plans.
- Identify, drive, and implement transformational business plans across the portfolio, including growth initiatives, new markets, M&A, and cost efficiencies.
- Lead end-to-end FP&A for the APAC organization, including annual planning, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, monthly close reviews, and variance analysis.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives, investment trade-offs, and return on investment, considering differences in market maturity, business models, and local dynamics across the region.
- Establish KPI frameworks and performance reviews that drive accountability for customer and financial outcomes.
- Assess the financial implications of pricing, packaging, discounting, and go-to-market motions in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Support and perform Deal Desk activities in selected APAC markets by providing financial analysis on pricing, discounts, and non-standard commercial proposals, while helping ensure alignment with profitability objectives and global commercial principles with Global Deal Desk.
- Monitor regional risks and opportunities, including foreign exchange movements, market volatility, competitive dynamics, and changes in customer demand.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, data quality, and recurring analysis.
- Lead and develop a high-performing APAC FP&A team.
Who You Are:
- You have 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, or a related discipline, working closely with senior leadership.
- You have a successful track record of partnering with and influencing executive-level stakeholders while rolling up your sleeves to guide and work alongside the team on daily execution.
- You are ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, commercially minded, and highly analytical.
- You excel at solving unstructured problems and turning complex information into clear recommendations.
- You are comfortable operating across APAC markets with different cultures, currencies, business environments, and levels of maturity.
- You have strong financial modelling, forecasting, scenario-planning, and executive communication skills.
- You understand how revenue growth, pricing, customer economics, investment decisions, and cost structures interact.
- Exposure to Deal Desk, pricing, or commercial approval processes is a plus.
- You can lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- You are a clear communicator who is comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
- You bring a global mindset and can balance regional consistency with local market needs.
- You are fluent in English. Additional APAC language skills are a plus.
