About the Team

The Partnerships team delivers value through a diverse ecosystem of platform, data, technology and solutions partners. We work cross-functionally, across the entire organization, to turn partnership opportunities into market-ready solutions that deliver growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Platform Partner Manager to lead and scale Criteo’s most critical partner relationships across commerce technology, first party platforms including CDPs, MMPs and DMPs, creative, measurement, and other strategic ad-tech and mar-tech partners. An established background in advertising technology is required.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Platform Partnerships, this individual contributor role will drive partner-led innovation, expand joint business impact, and increase adoption of integrated solutions across Criteo’s global business. You will combine strategic thinking, creativity, analytical rigor, and leadership to execute partnership strategies that accelerate Criteo’s commercial and product priorities.

This is a cross-functional role that requires strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Services, Field and Product Marketing, Legal, Finance and executive stakeholders. You will shape solution roadmaps, influence partner strategy, and may represent Criteo externally in executive conversations, events, and co-marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Source, evaluate, and onboard data, commerce, creative, measurement, and other partners aligned to Criteo’s product and commercial priorities, using data-driven business cases to identify new partner categories, capabilities, and joint solutions.
  • Scale Existing Partners: Provide cross-functional leadership to deepen integrations, expand use cases, and drive global adoption of existing partners.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Build data‑driven business cases for new partner categories, capabilities, and joint solutions.
  • Shape Product Roadmaps: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize integration roadmaps and translate customer + partner feedback into actionable requirements.
  • Lead Executive & Working‑Level Engagements: Own day-to-day and senior-level partner relationships, lead strategic business reviews, and align stakeholders on long-term initiatives.
  • Enable Go-to-Market Success: Support the development of messaging, enablement materials, and co-marketing programs that amplify partner value and support field teams.
  • Operationalize & Optimize: Manage reporting, planning, and performance insights to ensure healthy partner operations and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Advocate & Evangelize: Represent Criteo internally and externally through events, presentations, and thought leadership that elevate the visibility and impact of our partner ecosystem.

Who You Are:

Experience & Background

  • At least 7 years of experience in ad-tech, including strategic partnership, consulting, or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising technology, data and addressability landscape, including customer data platforms, programmatic media, and measurement ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic partnerships, supporting or leading GTM strategies, and bringing new solutions to market.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and growing partner relationships across multiple regions or product lines.
  • Proven track record in operationalizing and expanding new business initiatives.

Skills & Strengths

  • Exceptional strategic thinking paired with strong analytical rigor and structured problem solving.
  • Excellent communication written, verbal, and executive storytelling, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, highly cross‑paced, highly cross functional environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a bias for action.
  • Experienced working across global teams and navigating diverse cultures and stakeholder groups.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
