What You'll Do:
As the Team Lead, Beauty vertical for Retail Media DACH, you will lead and develop a team of two sales professionals responsible for driving revenue growth across leading Beauty brands and agencies. Combining people leadership with a hands-on commercial role, you will define and execute the growth strategy for the Beauty vertical, support your team in winning and expanding client partnerships, and act as a trusted advisor to some of the region's most influential advertisers. The position will be based in Munich, Berlin or Düsseldorf.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Account Strategists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Beauty vertical across the DACH region
Drive revenue growth through a combination of new business acquisition, client expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Own the full sales cycle together with your team, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain senior relationships with leading Beauty brands and media agencies.
Personally lead and support high-value commercial opportunities and executive-level client engagements.
Own forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business performance for the vertical.
Partner closely with the Retailer Partnerships teams to maximize client outcomes and identify growth opportunities.
Represent Criteo at industry events, client presentations, and strategic business reviews.
Act as a market expert by identifying Beauty industry trends and translating them into actionable growth initiatives.
Who You Are:
Proven experience in digital advertising, Retail Media, eCommerce, ad-tech, or mar-tech sales.
Fluent in German (this is a mandatory requirement), with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Previous experience leading, coaching, or mentoring commercial professionals.
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving new business growth.
Experience working with Beauty brands and/or their agency partners in the DACH market.
Good understanding of Retail Media, Commerce Media, and digital advertising solutions.
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior decision-makers.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
Confident presenter with experience leading strategic client conversations and executive meetings.
