What You'll Do:
Join our Finance Shared Services satellite team in Tokyo and help make billing clear, accurate and timely for Criteo Japan and Criteo Korea. You will work closely with your team lead, sales colleagues and other finance teams to resolve questions, improve processes and support a smooth experience for our clients.
The role offers a broad view of the order-to-cash cycle. Alongside your billing work, you will collaborate with colleagues in Customer Account Administration, Collections, Cash Application and Accounts Payable, with opportunities to learn those functions and provide backup support.
• Issue invoices as part of each monthly close and support accurate, timely billing for Japan and Korea.
• Prepare credit notes and compensations, and manage Salesforce requests for invoice cancellations and rebills.
• Respond to billing questions from clients, sales colleagues and other stakeholders, working together to resolve issues and improve the invoicing process.
• Process client refunds and review unbilled revenue, including timely reversal of accruals.
• Analyze rebates and reverse related accruals.
• Check SAP postings and credit card runs, and analyze client accounts and revenue general ledger accounts.
Who You Are:
• Business-level or higher written and spoken English and Japanese; Korean is a plus.
• Basic finance or accounting knowledge and relevant work experience.
• Confidence using Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; familiarity with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
• Sound judgment, clear communication and a collaborative approach.
• Comfort adapting to a changing environment and an interest in learning and growing
