What You'll Do:
As a Business Development Intern, you’ll join the France Sales team and help accelerate our new-business efforts. You’ll support prospecting, social selling, business operations, and sales administration—creating more capacity for Account Executives to focus on strategic clients and revenue growth. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, AdTech, go-to-market execution, and commercial tooling, while giving you the opportunity to contribute directly to Criteo’s growth in France.
Duration: 6 months,
- Support the development of M-account opportunities by identifying relevant ICPs, researching target accounts and contacts, and preparing actionable context for outreach.
- Improve prospecting workflows across Outreach, LinkedIn, and other commercial tools to make outreach more targeted, consistent, and effective.
- Support LinkedIn social-selling campaigns by coordinating campaign execution, tracking engagement, and identifying opportunities to improve reach and impact.
- Partner with Business Operations on account segmentation, data enrichment, campaign preparation, and initiatives that connect marketing signals to sales actions.
- Maintain and improve high-impact sales administration, including the Seller Scorecard and Account Plans, with strategic guidance from Account Executives.
- Track actions, follow-ups, and key updates across sales initiatives to improve visibility and execution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline tools, reporting, and processes so Account Executives can spend more time with customers and prospects.
Who You Are:
- Interested in B2B sales, digital advertising, AdTech, and how technology can improve commercial performance.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with the wider commercial organisation, Business Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams.
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership from start to finish.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools is a plus.
- A positive, collaborative team player with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
